• No data is transmitted to our servers for analysis or storage
• The app can function entirely offline for prompt generation

Photo Library Access

We request access to your photo library for the following purposes:

• Product Photo Upload: Optionally upload photos of your products to help AI generate more accurate prompts and descriptions for your marketing content.
• Saving Generated Images: Save AI-generated images, prompts, and marketing concepts to your photo library for easy organization and future use.
• Content Management: Store your generated marketing visuals and campaign collections in your photo library.

We only access photos you explicitly select. We never scan, access, or collect photos without your permission. Photo library access is entirely optional.

Camera Access

We request camera access so you can:

• Take photos of your products directly within the app for prompt generation
• Capture product details and variations for more accurate AI descriptions
• Create visual references for diverse model marketing concepts

Camera access is optional and only used when you choose to take a photo within the app.

Third-Party AI Services

When you choose to generate images using our integrated AI features, the app may connect to the following third-party services:

Google Gemini API

• Used for AI image generation and product photo analysis
• Product photos and prompts are sent to Google's servers for processing
• Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• We do not store your data on Google's servers beyond the generation request

You have complete control: Image generation is optional. You can use the app solely for prompt creation without connecting to any AI service.

How We Use Your Information

The app processes data locally on your device to:

• Generate AI prompts for body-positive, size-inclusive marketing content
• Create customized prompt templates for different product categories and model specifications
• Provide diverse model selection options (sizes 0-24+, ages, ethnicities, body types)
• Help you create inclusive marketing campaigns and product visuals
• Analyze uploaded product photos to generate accurate AI descriptions (only when you opt to use AI generation)

Data Storage

We do not maintain servers or databases that store your personal information, product data, or generated prompts. All prompt processing happens entirely on your device. When using AI generation features, data is temporarily sent to third-party services (Google Gemini) but is not stored by us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information, product data, or any information with third parties except:

• When you choose to use AI image generation, your product photos and prompts are sent to Google Gemini API for processing
• No data is collected or stored on our servers
• We comply with legal requirements if necessary, but have no data to share

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• You can revoke photo library access at any time in your device settings
• You can revoke camera access at any time in your device settings
• You can delete the app and all associated data from your device at any time
• All photos, prompts, and product information remain under your complete control
• You can choose not to use AI generation features and keep all data local
• No data deletion request is needed as we don't collect or store your data on our servers

Body Positivity & Ethical Use

This app is designed to promote body positivity, size inclusivity, and diverse representation in marketing. Users are responsible for:

• Using generated content ethically and in line with body-positive values
• Respecting individuals' rights to authentic representation
• Not using the app to create harmful, discriminatory, or body-shaming content
• Understanding that AI-generated images are for marketing visualization and may require legal review before public use
